Our Story
Heart and Loaf was born from founder Melissa Keller's newfound passion for sourdough. It all started when a friend from her book club gifted her a sourdough starter. That initial rough-looking loaf quickly transformed into a source of joy and creativity, inspiring Melissa to share this love with her family and community. Today, she bakes alongside her daughters, passing down the cherished tradition of bread-making, one loaf at a time.
